Wow...what a blanket!

As usual, I searched the web and found nearly every type of alpaca, cashmere or soft wool blanket I could find. Read lots of reviews. Compared dozens of them against one another. And then, and only then, as is my practice I looked at price. And what did I choose but the twin size Alpaca Wool Blend Thick Military Banderita Blanket in gray. Funny thing it was also one of the least expensive.

When I got it I figured I could always return it if I was wrong. But when I opened it up it was even softer than I imagined. And the first night I slept with only it on top of me which was way warm enough for me since I'm a hot sleeper. It is tightly woven so the air doesn't move through it like other wool blankets. And it looks great on the bed. Super snuggly soft. Everything I hoped and more.

So, the moral of the story is I bought what I thought was the best blanket at the lowest price and it was even better than I had imagined. So, run don't walk to Alpaca Warehouse and buy this blanket. You won't be disappointed.

Best bang for your buck

Purchased 2 bankets a couple weeks ago. One was a twin the other was a queen. I'm impressed with the quality and warmth of the blankets. I also own a HBB and this blanket gives it a run for it's money. It's not itchy and it's well stitched. The only reason I give it 4 stars its because it's a little smaller than the dimensions mentioned. It's. 60.5x76 so I would definitely go for the queen size if your close to 6 feet tall.

A thousand times better than a down comforter

I've been sleeping like a baby with this blanket, the first time in a long time!! It seems to help with temperature regulation...you are never too hot or cold, just perfectly comfortable. It's the absolute best blanket ever. I've bought several, including for family members as gifts. Everyone is happy!

I received this blanket as an early Christmas gift from my husband and I love it. It's really soft and has no scratchiness at all, even against bare skin. This is definitely a well made, warm, sturdy blanket. For the price you absolutely can't go wrong.

Exceeded my expectations

I debated for a year before I ordered the twin sized banderita blanket. When it arrived I was highly impressed with the quality and stitching around the edge. I just got back from an overnight camping trip where I slept in a hammock with just this blanket. It kept me warm all night and the temps were in the 50's by morning. I would definitely recommend this blanket.
