Purchase and delivery were easy and the blanket actually arrived earlier than expected.
While I'm no wool aficionado, the quality of the blanket seems top notch. The stitching is even as is the wool itself. As far as feel goes...it's alpaca, so it's super soft and a pleasure to use.
The most important part is how thrilled the Mrs. is. She loves it and after the first night suggested we order a couple more!

This blanket exceeded all my expectations. It looks nicer, is warmer and is softer than I expected. For me it has turned into a must have for cold winter evenings.

Whether you use it in the house or outside on a cold fall night, this is one warm blanket. You will have to contend with some "shedding" at first. So far we love this blanket and would suggest it to anyone especially for such a great price!

Warm winter blanket

We bought this blanket for camping in the mountains where it gets freezing at night. This blanket did a great job keeping us warm. The only downside is, it can't be washed easily (basically dry-clean only), and it arrived a little stinky, so that's unfortunate. Overall, very happy with it: suits our needs.

Initial impression is very impressed. I need to get outside and use the blanket in cooler weather this fall but I anticipate it will fulfill my needs well. It is very soft and thick and the weave seems relatively tight and strong. I look forward to testing it out. If it performs as expected I will be buying another this fall.
