Satisfaction Guarantee


We want you to be 100% satisfied with every single one of your purchases and we are very confident that you will be very pleased with your product. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can simply return it within 14 days of product receipt for a refund less shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed.

To return an item follow the instructions below:

- Contact our customer service by e-mail to request an RMA authorization. Include a written explanation for the return and be sure to indicate the Invoice Number, Product ID, your name and e-mail address.
- Return the item in the original packing using USPS standard shipping or priority mail. Be sure to include a copy of the return authorization. If you return an item from outside USA, use regular airmail.
- Returns must be addressed to:

All requests will be processed after we are able to inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. If the return is not a result of an error by, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred with the order and any costs associated with returning the item. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Important notes:

- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- You can return your item for any reason but we require a written explanation for all returns, since this information helps us improve customer satisfaction.
- Refunds may be delayed or denied if the returned products have been damaged by the customer, or the proper RMA procedures were not followed.
- Make sure you use proper packaging for any returns.
- Alpaca Warehouse reserves the right to deny refunds to customers that have been determined to make repeated or excessive returns.
- Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
