We usually take 1 business day to process and ship orders. Once this process has been completed, we will e-mail you a tracking number of the package.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
- We ship via USPS Priority Mail most of our packages. This service usually delivers them in around 2-3 business days.
- Free shipping items may be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Post services.
- Orders weigh more than 8 pounds may be shipped via Fedex Ground service.
- All these carriers and services include tracking numbers so you can trace your order without hassles.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The purpose of Alpaca Warehouse is to create a virtual marketplace for typical Peruvian and Andean items that are hard to find outside their native region. Using the power of the worldwide Internet, Alpaca Warehouse can display artisan's works to a global audience of potential customers. Many Internet vendors limit or refuse to send orders outside the US, but we believe that we need to reach as wide an audience as possible, and make every effort to allow seamless purchases from someone located in any part of the world.
Customers from outside the US can expect the same level of service and commitment from Alpaca Warehouse as domestic customers. However, international orders are subject to somewhat different requirements and the following points need to be considered:
- Packages under 4 pounds are shipped via USPS First Class International service. It only includes a parcel number (not traceable buy helpful to find packages in the local post offices). The delivery times for this service varies a lot and depends on the country. Some packages arrive in 1-2 weeks and others arrive in 4-6 weeks (specially in Africa and Eastern Europe). Delays can occur, also, due post offices managing deliveries. Please be aware we are not responsible for these problems, we fulfill our compromise shipping orders in a timely manner.
- Packages above 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. This service includes tracking numbers. Delivery time for this service is around 1-2 weeks in almost all cases.
- Alpaca4less is not responsible for custom and import taxes charged locally by countries. Please refer to local regulations about importing items before order.
