This is a brand new hooded alpaca wool jacket, handmade in Peru. 
It features a gorgeous andean llamas design in a beautiful color combination. 
Alpaca is considered one of the worlds few luxury fibers due to its unique properties of softness, luster, lightness, durability, & warmth. No other animal fiber combines ALL of these properties. Alpaca is also considered a specialty fiber as less alpaca fiber is produced each year than cashmere, angora rabbit, or mohair.

    Nice sweater just small. The medium measured only 17.5 inches wide instead of the advertised 20 inches.
    Exchanging for a larger size which I hope will be 20 inches wide.

    I have had one of these as an under layer for hunting for 10 years. No fabric beats alpaca for softness and warmth,, even my merino wool. These garments are an excellent value for a material that is hard to find.

    I ordered the medium in the gold. It is beautiful! I was worried about ordering a medium when I read that it was unisex sizing. I contacted the company and they responded that the medium would be fine. I'm 5'5" and 118 lbs. The medium fits very well with a little extra room for layering. I'm very tempted to purchase it in other colors!

    I love this sweater! It is a replacement of a sweater I purchased when I was traveling in Peru that I no longer fit into. I still wanted that nostalgic reminder of my hike of the Inca trail, and this sweater keeps that memory alive!
